• Service area: Deliveries available only within Bageshwar city limits and nearby villages listed on our site.
• Address accuracy: Please enter a complete delivery address and landmark to avoid delays.

 

Delivery Time

• Standard local delivery: Delivered within 20 minutes for orders placed during operating hours.
• Operating hours: 07:00–22:00 daily. Orders placed outside hours will be processed the next open slot.
• Peak times: During high demand or extreme weather, delivery may take longer; we will notify you by phone or WhatsApp.

 

Delivery Fees

• Standard fee: ₹39 per order for most locations in Bageshwar; free delivery for orders above ₹599.
• Remote zones: Additional charges may apply for certain hillside or remote areas; fees are shown at checkout.

 

Payment Methods and COD

• Accepted payments: UPI, cards, netbanking, digital wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
• COD instructions: Please keep exact change ready where possible. COD orders may be subject to a small handling fee shown at checkout.
